1. What is your cancellation policy? 

​

$50 deposits are required to secure your booking and are non-refundable.

 

If you paid in full, we understand that life happens, please notify us 1 week prior to your booking for a full refund or reschedule.

For example, if your booking is on Friday, January 22nd at 2:00 PM, please cancel before Friday, January 15th @ 2:00 PM for a full refund
No refunds will be allowed if you miss canceling or rescheduling 1 week before your booking.

3. Can I reschedule the picnic due to bad weather or sudden changes? 

​

Rescheduling will be allowed for unpredictable weather conditions. if the forecast predicts bad weather conditions on the day of your event we will allow you to reschedule the picnic to any future available date within 3 months of your original booking.

4. How do I order items from your add-ons? 

​

You can add your add-ons with the booking form and we will email you to confirm anything and answers your questions.

​

5. Can I bring my own food?

​

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks :)

6. I am planning a surprise proposal. Can you help me?

​

Yes. :) Please fill in your picnic and proposal details on our Customize picnic page and we will help you come up with ideas and decor for your proposal.

7. Where do you host your picnic? 

​

We can host your picnic anywhere in the Seattle area and within 15 miles outside of Seattle including Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Mercer Island, Issaquah, Ballard, Fremont, Renton, Bothel..etc. If the location is more than 15 miles outside of Seattle, a travel fee of $20 - $50 will be required.

8. How much is it for an extra hour?

9. Is the tee-pee tent water or windproof?

​

No, the tee-pee tent is made of fabric and is not water or wind-proof.
